Admin Assistant – MISMO PH (Tacloban City)

The Admin Assistant plays a critical role in supporting MISMO’s daily operations at the branch level. This position is responsible for handling administrative tasks that keep the branch organized, compliant, and running efficiently. The Admin Assistant works closely with the Branch Manager, acquisition officers, and central teams to ensure that documentation, coordination, and internal processes are properly maintained.

During the pre-launch phase, the Admin Assistant will help organize merchant and rider pre-registration records, assist in onboarding documentation, and support operational preparation activities. This includes maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all required information is properly collected and stored.

Once operations are live, the Admin Assistant will support day-to-day administrative needs such as updating records, tracking onboarding progress, assisting with internal reports, and coordinating communications between teams. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.


The Admin Assistant is also expected to assist in basic coordination with merchants and riders when needed, helping ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups. This role is essential in maintaining operational order and supporting MISMO’s goal of delivering reliable service while supporting local communities. 

Responsibilities

  • • Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • • Maintain accurate records for merchants, riders, and operations
  • • Assist with onboarding documentation and data organization
  • • Support scheduling, coordination, and internal communications
  • • Prepare basic reports and operational summaries
  • • Assist the Branch Manager and operations team as needed

Must Have

  • • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling records
  • • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office tools
  • • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Nice to have

  • • Previous experience in administrative or office support roles
  • • Familiarity with digital platforms or operations systems
  • • Experience working in a startup or operations-focused environment
