Branch Manager – MISMO PH (Tacloban City)

--Mismo Ph--

The Branch Manager is responsible for establishing, managing, and growing MISMO’s city-level operations in Tacloban City. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that MISMO’s platform functions effectively on the ground by coordinating merchants, riders, and internal teams. From pre-launch preparation to full operational execution, the Branch Manager is accountable for service quality, operational efficiency, and local business relationships.

During the pre-launch phase, the Branch Manager will focus on setting up operational workflows, supporting merchant and rider onboarding, validating service areas, and preparing the city for launch readiness. This includes close coordination with acquisition officers, administrative staff, and the central management team to ensure all processes are aligned with company standards.

Once operations are live, the Branch Manager will oversee daily performance, monitor delivery efficiency, address service issues, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders. This role requires hands-on involvement in field operations, problem-solving in real time, and continuous improvement of processes to meet customer expectations.

The Branch Manager will also serve as MISMO’s local representative, maintaining strong relationships with merchants, riders, and community partners. This includes addressing merchant concerns, supporting rider engagement and retention, and ensuring that MISMO’s commitment to fair pricing and fair rider compensation is upheld at the city level.

This role demands strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to balance growth with service quality. The Branch Manager is expected to proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and contribute to MISMO’s long-term expansion plans across Eastern Visayas and beyond.
