Merchant Acquisition Officer – MISMO PH (Tacloban City)

The Merchant Acquisition Officer is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with local merchants to ensure MISMO PH has a strong and diverse partner network. This role is crucial for the platform’s growth, as it directly impacts the variety and quality of products and services available to customers.

During the pre-launch phase, the Merchant Acquisition Officer will identify potential merchants across Tacloban City, explain MISMO’s value proposition, and assist in the onboarding process. This includes collecting necessary documentation, guiding merchants on platform usage, and ensuring all partners understand the operational processes, pricing policies, and service standards.

Once operations are live, the Merchant Acquisition Officer continues to manage merchant relationships, provide support, and help resolve operational or service-related issues. The role involves monitoring merchant performance, gathering feedback, and working closely with the Branch Manager, Admin Assistant, and central team to ensure merchants receive adequate support and are motivated to maintain high-quality service.

The role requires a proactive, outgoing individual with strong sales and relationship-building skills. The Merchant Acquisition Officer should be able to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and contribute to the growth of MISMO’s local merchant ecosystem.
