Rider Acquisition Officer – MISMO PH (Tacloban City)

The Rider Acquisition Officer is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing delivery riders to support MISMO’s city operations. This role is vital to building a reliable, efficient, and motivated rider network that ensures fast and consistent delivery services.

During the pre-launch phase, the Rider Acquisition Officer will actively source potential riders across Tacloban City, screen applicants, verify documents and vehicle requirements, and guide new riders through the onboarding process. This involves building strong relationships with riders, explaining platform processes, and ensuring that all recruits understand MISMO’s policies, delivery standards, and compensation structure.

Once the platform is live, the Rider Acquisition Officer continues to manage rider engagement, monitor performance, and address concerns or challenges. The role also requires coordinating with the Branch Manager, Admin Assistant, and central operations team to ensure riders are supported, schedules are optimized, and service quality is maintained.

This role is hands-on and field-oriented, requiring frequent interaction with riders in-person and virtually, and the ability to motivate and inspire them to deliver high-quality service. A successful Rider Acquisition Officer combines strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and an understanding of logistics operations.
