MISMO PH Digital Solutions OPC is opening opportunities for independent delivery riders to become part of our growing platform as we prepare for our launch in Tacloban City, with expansion across Eastern Visayas.
As a MISMO Rider Partner, you are not an employee—you are a valued delivery partner. We believe riders deserve fair earnings, transparency, and respect, which is why our model is built to put riders first.
You choose when to go online, where to deliver, and how much you earn—while helping your community get the essentials they need.
Responsibilities
- • Pick up and deliver orders safely and on time within your assigned area
- • Handle food, grocery, pharmacy, parcel, and retail items with care
- • Communicate professionally with customers when needed
- • Follow basic delivery guidelines to ensure order accuracy and safety
- • Maintain your vehicle in roadworthy condition
- • Use the MISMO Rider App to accept, complete, and track deliveries
Must Have
- • Valid government-issued ID
- • Own motorcycle, bicycle, or car (depending on delivery type)
- • Official vehicle documents (OR/CR) or authorization to use the vehicle for delivery
- • Valid driver’s license (for motorized vehicles)
- • Vehicle insurance (if applicable)
- • Smartphone with stable internet connection
- • Basic knowledge of local roads and areas
- • Ability to work independently and responsibly
Nice to have
- • Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or ride-hailing platforms
- • Familiarity with navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze)
- • Good customer service and communication skills
- • Flexible availability, including peak hours or weekends
- • Willingness to grow and improve rider performance over time
