We’re looking for creative, detail-oriented Graphics Designers to bring MISMO’s digital and marketing vision to life. You’ll design visuals for social media, app interfaces, promotional materials, and website content. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create impactful, on-brand content that captures the attention of our community and partners. 

Responsibilities

  • • Create engaging graphics for social media, website, app, and marketing campaigns
  • • Develop visual assets that reflect the MISMO brand identity
  • • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce consistent design outputs
  • • Ensure all designs are optimized for different digital platforms and devices
  • • Maintain brand guidelines across all visual content

Must Have

  • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or related field
  • • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent tools
  • • Portfolio of previous design work (digital and print)
  • • Creative thinking and ability to interpret briefs into visual content
  • • Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

Nice to have

  • • Experience designing for mobile apps or digital platforms
  • • Motion graphics or video editing skills
  • • Knowledge of social media trends and visual marketing strategies
  • • Familiarity with UI/UX principles
